Each karmic juice cleanse is made specifically to order, in small batches, to ensure the highest quality cleanse experience.

Your preferred delivery date is selected on the Cart Page, after you have added a product to your Cart.  Different postcodes may have different delivery options.

VICTORIA: The Cleanse is designed so that you start the day after Delivery. i.e. if you select the delivery window for business hours, plan to start the following day.

SYDNEY: Cleanses start the of delivery (as your cleanses arrive between midnight and 7AM)

SPECIFIC DELIVERY INFO:

• You do not need to be home at the time of delivery as our cleanses are suitably packaged to ensure the juices remain cold for many hours.
• Delivery is a flat fee of $15, regardless of the suburb and regardless of the amount of times your order requires delivery. For example; a 7-Day Cleanse will require two deliveries, however, you will only be charged once.
• If you live in an Apartment Building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes, etc.) so the driver can access your building/concierge. If no-one is home for a weekday delivery, then perhaps a Sunday evening delivery is a better option ;).
• You can check your delivery day options using your postcode on the Cart Page.

4-DAY, 5-DAY, 6-DAY AND 7-DAY CLEANSES:

• 4-day, 5-day, 6-day and 7-day cleanse may receive multiple deliveries to maintain the integrity and freshness of certain items (incurring no extra charge.) To confirm what your delivery schedule would be based on your postcode and starting date, please email the team and we can let you know.
• Sometimes, a 4-day may be delivered in one delivery - the juice will be totally fresh for this duration.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE BAGS AND BOTTLES?

If you would like to return the bags/bottles to KARMIC so that we can reuse and recycle as much as possible, that would be greatly appreciated. There are two ways to do this:

1. You can drop them at any time/day to 3/578 Plummer St, PORT MELBOURNE, or;
2. We can collect bags and bottles from your residence with your next Cleanse delivery; just leave them out the front of your house the day of your scheduled cleanse delivery. NB: Unfortunately we can not collect bags and bottles without delivery of another cleanse.
