Each KARMIC Cleanse is made to specifically to order, in small batches, to ensure the highest quality cleanse experience. 

The Delivery Date or FREE Pick Up Date is selected on the Cart Page, after you have added a product to your Cart.

The Cleanse is designed so that you start the day after Delivery or Pick Up. Please refrigerate all contents asap after accepting delivery. 

**PRO-TIP**

The Pick Up option will usually allow you to receive your Cleanse earlier. So be sure to check the options available to your postcode at the Cart Page by comparing the Delivery and Pick Up option :)

If you select Delivery:

• Sunday Evening Delivery (between 3.30pm and 8.30pm): To residential address' only. For selected Melbourne Metro suburbs
• Monday & Tuesday Evening Delivery (between 4.30pm and 8.30pm): To residential address' only. For selected Melbourne Metro suburbs
• Weekdays (during business hours, 9am-5pm): To your home or office. Most suburbs can be serviced, however, the days can differ depending on you postcode (this is dependant on our third-party delivery route/schedule)
• If you live in an Apartment Building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes etc...) so the driver can access your building / concierge. If no-one is home for a Weekday delivery, then perhaps a Sunday evening delivery is a better option ;)
• To maintain the integrity and freshness of a KARMIC Cleanse, delivery will be made in 2-3 batches depending on the duration selected (incurring no extra charge.) 
• You can check your delivery day options using your postcode on the Cart Page.
• N.B. Please don't plan to start the Cleanse on the selected delivery date as the delivery window (on weekdays) is between 9am and 5pm. This because we use a third party cold-chain logistics partner and as such we aren't able to give specific delivery times :)

What do I do if my postcode isn't verified? 

• We can deliver to most Victorian regions on specific days, so feel free to touch base with us to confirm.
• You can have the Cleanse delivered to a friend or family member that lives inside the delivery zone.
• Pick Up your cleanse from our distribution partner (see below).

If you select Free Pick Up:

• Pick Ups occur most days at specific times from our distribution partner in Port Melbourne. (TRINC Distribution; 3/578 Plummer St, Port Melbourne).
• Check your Pick Up options on the Cart Page.
• Your Cleanse will start the next day after Pick Up.
• To maintain the integrity and freshness of a KARMIC Cleanse, you may collect in 2-3 batches depending on the duration selected. We will let you know if this is the case.
