Each KARMIC Juice Cleanse is made to specifically to order, in small batches, to ensure the highest quality cleanse experience.
Your preferred delivery date is selected on the Cart Page, after you have added a product to your Cart. Different postcode may have different delivery options.
The Cleanse is designed so that you start the day after Delivery. i.e. if you select the delivery window for business hours, plan to start the following day.
Please refrigerate all contents as soon as possible after accepting delivery.
You do not need to be home at the time of delivery as our cleanses are suitably packaged to ensure the juices remain cold for many hours.
Delivery is flat fee of $15: Regardless of the suburb and regardless of the amount of times your order requires delivery. For example; a 7-Day Cleanse will require two deliveries, however, you will only be charged once.
Sunday Evening Delivery (between 3.30pm and 8.30pm): To residential address' only. For selected Melbourne Metro suburbs.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evening Delivery (between 4.30pm and 8.30pm): To residential address' only. For selected Melbourne Metro suburbs.
Weekdays (during business hours, 9am-5pm): To your home or office. Most suburbs can be serviced, however, the days can differ depending on you postcode (this is dependant on our third-party delivery route/schedule)
If you live in an Apartment Building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes etc...) so the driver can access your building / concierge. If no-one is home for a Weekday delivery, then perhaps a Sunday evening delivery is a better option ;)

If your postcode doesn't allow delivery, you can have the Cleanse delivered to a friend or family member that lives inside the delivery zone.
4-day, 5-day, 6-day and 7-day Cleanses:
4-day, 5-day, 6-day and 7-day cleansemay receive multiple deliveries to maintain the integrity and freshness of certain items (incurring no extra charge.) To confirm what your delivery schedule would be based on your postcode and starting date, please email the team and we can let you know.
Sometimes, a 4-day may be delivered in one delivery - the juice will be total fresh for this duration
In the event that a 5-day cleanse requires one delivery you will be contacted to ensure you are OK with this. The juice will be fresh, but we want to ensure you are comfortable with this also - this only occurs where the logistics company only delivers to those locations on a limited basis
What can I do with the Bags and Bottles?
If you would like to return the Bags/Bottles to KARMIC so that we can reuse and recycle as much as possible, that would be greatly appreciated. There are two ways to do this:
You can drop them at any time/day to our distributor TRINC distribution (3/578 Plummer St, PORT MELBOURNE) - we will collect from them.
We can collect Bags and Bottles from your residence with your next Cleanse delivery; just leave them out the front of your house the day of your scheduled cleanse delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we can not collect bags and bottles without delivery of another cleanse as the delivery company charges us $25 per stop.
