Beetroot - boosts stamina and stabilises blood pressure
Good source of magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and essential vitamins. Has been shown to reduce blood pressure within one of consumption, even in healthy individuals. Beetroot is also known to reduce the risk of cancer!
Carrot - jam packed with vitamins and minerals, and (of course) improves night vision
Packed with vitamin A, C and potassium, with carotene being the concentrated anti-oxidant. Helps to balance excess acidity due to the juice being quite akaline. Interestingly, certain molecules found in carrot juice are very similar to human hemoglobin and, therefore, contains blood building properties.
Celery - excellent source of B1, B2, B6 and C vitamins
Source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, phosphorus, folic acid, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Also contains plant hormones and essential oils which influence the nervous system and can produce a 'calming' effect! (Breathe in though the nose, out through the mounth)
Coconut Water - rich in essential electrolytes, sugars and minerals. Amazing for rehydration!
Harvested at between 5-7 months, coconut water has incredible benefits. It contains cytokinins that have shown anit-aging, anti-thrombotic and anti-carcinogenic effects.
Cucumber - great for skin care and aids in digestion
Known to reduce the risk of cancer, cucumber also contains essential calcium for growing bodies.

Spinach - protien booster that aids in muscle efficiency
Contains approximately 14 times more protein that red meat per kilo! Keep eating this stuff and you'll end up like Popeye!! Good source vitamin A, C and E (E is very rare in vegetables).
