To answer this, KARMIC recently teamed up with our friend Bonnee Fahlstrom, Holistic Nutritionist and Model to help us find the top 5 best things your can do to get awesome skin naturally.

You are what you eat. Your skin has special nutrient requirements and if you’re not fulfilling this - it will show. To really shine, your skin needs adequate protein for cell repair, micronutrients & anti-oxidants (like the ones from fresh veggies) for immune function and some healthy fats which will effectively form the building blocks of new cells & condition your skin. Another simple but often overlooked reminder from Bonnee - stay hydrated!
